Responsible for discerning the human needs of parish members and others in the parish neighborhood. The committee works with community groups and other parishes to address social problems which impact the community; it also keeps parishioners aware of issues related to justice and peace. Organizations functioning under the Parish Social Ministry include: Pro-Life and Family Focus, Outreach, SHARE and St. Vincent DePaul Society. The committee meets monthly.
