School Registration Information

NOTE:  April Enrollment runs from April 1st - April 20th, HOWEVER, we are closed for Easter break from April 14th and come back April 24th. All supporting documentation should be brought to the school office by April 13, 2017.

St. Margaret Mary School offers enrollment through tuition and the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program ("MPCP"). See below how to enroll for each. Tuition Enrollment

  Tuition is either at a parishioner or non-parishioner rate. Please see the attached Tuition Payment Schedule for rates and payment plans. Tuition families must complete the tuition application and the school application for the school year enrolling. These are completed each year.

  • Tuition Application - 2017-2018 School Year
  • FACTS Agreement form - 2017-2018 School Year - need to get this form from the school office.
  • School Application - 2017-2018 School Year - includes a survey. Please return the survey when you return the school application. Thank you.
  • Student's ORIGINAL birth certificate and current parent/guardian ID should be brought to the school office for annotation. We will return immediately.This is required only for the initial enrollment to the school.
  • Immunization Requirements & Form  - needs to be filled out one time only (NOTE that steps 1 & 5 must be completed. We can get your child's immunization history from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry site. If we are unable to find your child or your child is coming from out of state, you must provide the necessary documentation showing your child is compliant or exempt from age appropriate vaccinations. If exempt, you must fill out the section on the form pertaining to exemptions.)

The Milwaukee Parental Choice Program "MPCP"

   St. Margaret Mary School participates in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program ("MPCP").  MPCP allows students from low-income families who reside in the City of Milwaukee to attend any participating private school located in the city at no charge if certain eligibility criteria are met. Please contact the the school office if you have specific questions. The St. Margaret Mary School application and the MPCP application must be completed yearly.
