For more than 60 years, St. Margaret Mary has received strong support from the parishioners it serves. Many opt to include St. Margaret Mary in their estate plans and thereby, help ensure future financial well-being of the parish. These planned gifts can be made through a will, a gift of property (such as real estate), or a life insurance policy (enabling a large gift with very little cost). To make this type of gift, please call the parish center at 414-461-6073 and you will be put in touch with the Director of Administrative Services.
The Society of St.Vincent de Paul is an international Catholic lay organization that helps those in need or living in poverty The work of the St. Margaret Mary Parish Conference is supported by donations from parishioners. Meetings are held twice a month at the parish campus. Please consider either a financial donation or offering your time to serve the poor with this group. Financial donations my be put in the collection basket (marked SVDP); placed in the Poor Boxes in the narthex of the church, or mailed to the parish center.
St. Margaret Mary School has a long history of academic excellence. Our staff serves the students of our school with dedication and love. Please consider giving your time by volunteering in our school. You may do this by contacting the school directly at 414-463-8760.
Our school is always in need of student and classroom supplies. Please contact them for a list of supplies or consider making a financial donation.
Our parish delivers donated non perishable foods to local food pantries. Please call the parish center at 414-461-6073 to inquire about this way to serve those in need.
Other opportunities for giving are held during the year. During the fall season leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas, we participate in the House of Peace Food Box program. The parish provides a cardboard box that lists the items needed, you fill the box, return it to church and the boxes are distributed to those in need.
In late summer, we collect school supplies for those in need, including our parish school.
During the season of Advent, our St. Vincent de Paul conference sponsors a Giving Tree which puts holiday gifts into the hands of families in need.
